Martha Rachel Cotton Younglove
Martha Cotton was born in 1827 in Ohio. Martha was the daughter of George Washington Cotton and Rachel Smith.
She married Francis A. Younglove on 24 Oct 1850 in Elyria,Ohio.
Francis A. Younglove was b. 1825 in MA. He was the son of Jason and Catherine D. Younglove. Martha and Francis
had children Ella, Frederick, Eugene, Anna and Francis Younglove.
According to the obituary of Francis the family lived in the Monroe Michigan area before they moved to Virginia.

On Saturday last the news of the death of Francis Younglove, of Virginia reached us. Mr. Younglove
was subject to falling fits and in one of these terrible spasms he breathed his last. He moved from this town last
spring to Virginia where he was to engage in the lumber trade. His family have a large number of sympathizing
friends here as Mr. Younglove was loved and respected by all who knew him, as an honest, upright man in all his
dealings, and at all times a friend of the poor. Many a man in this town who is now well-to-do, can remember his
kindness in helping them along, and well may they say, "He was my friend." We understand Mr. Y left a large estate
in Virginia, the result of his labors.
